WGS Workgroup Solutions GmbH is a private held company founded in 2013 and based in the Frankfurt area (Germany). WGS provides excellent engineering and consulting services to European companies and institutions in the space sector.
Main events in the company´s history so far have been:
- 2013 Company is founded and starts providing services to EUMETSAT
- 2015 Capital increase, new shareholders join the company
- 2015 Consortium participated by WGS is awarded by ESA/ESOC a Frame Contract in the Astrodynamics Domain
- 2016 WGS starts operations in the Netherlands for our customer ESA/ESTEC
- 2016 WGS is employing 9 people in two countries
